Our Service includes an interactive fishing game where users can earn FS (Fantasy Score / Funny Score / Fortune Sparks) points:
- FS points are virtual in-game points with no monetary value
- FS points cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services
- FS points are for entertainment purposes only
- We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove FS points at any time
- We are not responsible for any loss of FS points due to technical issues
- FS points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or gifted to other users
- We may implement daily, weekly, or monthly limits on FS points accumulation
- Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the game to gain FS points unfairly will result in immediate termination of access
- FS points may be reset during game updates, maintenance, or at our discretion
- Leaderboards and high scores are for entertainment only and do not constitute any form of competition or prize
Game Rules:
- Each game session has a time limit of 60 seconds
- The goal is to reach 300 FS points per session
- Different fish species award different FS point values
- Game scores are tracked locally and may not persist across devices or browser sessions
- We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, difficulty, or scoring at any time

The materials on Fishing World's website are provided on an 'as is' basis.
